Concious Feelings work is where you intentionally practice feeling, so that you are able to seperate the past (emotions) from the present (feelings).
Our weekly Wednesday Rage Practice is a short, loud, active practice that expands your Emotional Body's capacity to experience Anger. Its an initiatory practice into sensitivity and increased responsibility.
This is a safe space, a research lab, to experiment with feeling your anger at different levels of intensity, notice where anger comes up in your body, discern between feelings and emotions, set boundaries, discovering what it is that you truly want, and so much more.

HOW TO JOIN?
Bring: A bucket/large bowl, Towel, Tissues, Comfortable space to lie down (couch, bed, soft floor). Let your housemates / family members know you'll be loud.

These sessions are hosted for FREE, but donations are always appreciated.
Doors close at 9.46 sharp. The practice takes place from 9.45-10.15AM.
